Gastronomia hosteleria is traditional Spanish food served in a restaurant and its translation to English is "gastronomy hotel" (gastronomy means the art of food eating) Food in Spain is very regional and each region will have different specialties
Some typical Spanish food is:
Gaspatcho
Tortilla
Paella
chorizo
Tapas(going from bar to bar picking out different dishes because each bar will have its own specials
