Gastronomía Hostelería is a traditional Spanish food which is served in restaurants and includes many different dishes which all originated from different parts of Spain. Some of these dishes include tortilla, paella,  chorizo, gaspatcho. Paella is very traditional in Spain and originates from Valencia, it's also traditionally cooked outside and over a wood fire.  - Rosa Young
