Tortilla Española
Is a traditional Spanish dish, it is an omelet like potato dish which is cooked in olive oil. It is served hot or cold and in slices. It is found all over Spain, there are many variations and recipes. The first Spanish tortilla was made around 1817. Chorizo, green peppers and mushrooms are just some of the ingredients that can be added. This is a very popular dish throughout spain.
