Spanish Food


Traditional Spanish food includes a variety of dishes originating from different parts and cultures of Spain. Most Spanish food is seafood based and is made up of fresh ingredients. On the other hand Tapas are a big part of Spanish cuisine and they can be enjoyed with a variety of different foods.

Paella is a large rice dish that originated from Valencia and it is seen as Spain’s national dish. There are 3 main types of paella: Valencian Paella, seafood paella and mixed paella. The main ingredients are white rice, meat, seafood and vegetables. Ellie Ray
